good choice
nice quaint hotel.
lots of nice eating spots on palitine rd, and the hotel is walking distance from them..

No running water and No working Elevators
Our stay at this hotel was not a very experience, the hotel has not been kept very well, at the day of the check in they put us up at the 7th floor, and then we found out that none of the 3 elevators were working, after checking inside of the room we found that the toilet does not flush, not wanting to drag our suitcases down 7 floors we decided to live with it since we are only there for one nite, the next day we got up at 7 am to leave for the airport just to find out that there is no running water, a call to the front desk revealed that they will not have have running water until 9am, So No Shower either. I would not recomend this hotel.

convenient good value for money
This hotel is quite conveniently located next to a junction near the M60 Manchester ring road and next to a road straight into city centre. Though the deco and fixtures/fittings are now outdated somewhat, the room is reasonably clean. There was free wifi internet access though the website said there wasn’t any. Wifi connection could be obtained upstairs in the room too, though the speed is slower. The lift couldn’t go to the top floor and we had to walk up one floor by the stairs. But overall was good value for money.
