It fit my needs
I was pleased that Expedia had connections with the hotel that the convention I was attending was at. I saved money over what the convention would have afforded me by using Expedia - which also helped our budget.

The rooms are a bit dated but the service and courtesy of the staff at the resort was excellent.

Ran Out of Towels???
Took an hour to get checked in. No towels at the swimming pool or in the room. Lots of workers walking by, but when you ask them for service ie. to light a heat lamp or bring towels to the pool, they say " oh sure we will get maintenance to take care of that for you" and nothing happens. Very frustrating! Couldn’t get towels at the pool, couldn’t get towels in the room. Finally the next day we went to the front desk and we were told they ran out of towels. This has never happened at any hotel we have ever stayed at. Worst service we have ever experienced at a hotel. THIS PLACE DOES NOT CARE IF THERE CUSTOMERS ARE HAPPY. IT IS OBVIOUS BY THE EMPLOYEE ATTITUDE. THEY PROBABLY MAKE JOKES HOW THEY DON’T HAVE TO DO ANYTHING BUT WALK AROUND IN A UNIFORM. Rooms were very small compared to other hotels we have stayed in in San Diego as well.
