Best Place in Greenville, outside of Downtown.
I travel for business (a lot) and this has to be the best hotel I have ever stayed at. And luckily for me, it was a pleasure trip :) The hotel had appetizers, full breakfast and snacks throughout the late evening. The coffee was always fresh and fruits were available throughout the afternoon. The staff was wonderful and had great gifts for my kids (airplanes, etc.). Next time in Greenville, I will be staying here.

The hotel stay was nice, but had ask for a Mountain View room and then when we arrived, we were told that there would be an extra charge for that! Our stay was on a Friday/Saturday and there were only 8 to 10 cars there the whole time. With the economy the was it is, I just don’t understand why there is such an issue in making a couple of extra $ for a room verses losing the room rate all together! I work in the restaurant and retail business and now days "The customer is always right, or we break our back to make it right for them...we would be in "BIG" trouble if one of our guest left dissatified!!!

Don’t ask for anything other than what is "in black and white" here unless you are okay to pay for it all!!!!!!! They will not do anything to keep your business unless you are willing to pay!!!!

million dollar views but discount accomodations
This place has gorgeous views and a perfect setting, but the hotel itself is really shabby. Gum and tears on the carpet, flat cheap pillows, unkept grounds. The "fitness center" had a lone treadmill with broken ceiling tiles that had fallen on the floor. We were not there on business, but there is no way I’d invite business colleagues for a conference. The only bright spot was that the evening desk clerk was very pleasant.
