Terrible hotel
The place is pretty much a dump and they called us and accused us of having more people in our room than we had on the reservation. No idea how they came to that conclusion (it wasn’t true), but they implies they spied on us.

not that great
the rooms are big and clean, but there are small bugs in the washroom. The A/C is old and loud and was not working normal! next time I’ll stay in Kingston

satisfactory rooms in dreary setting
The hotel is clean and comfortable, and the staff at the desk were friendly and helpful. But the buildings are very dreary (they look like temporary structures), and the breakfast is unacceptable (we had breakfast in Gananoque, which made the hotel less of a bargain).
