Loved it! Could not wish for more!!!
We felt like we were family! Beautiful setting, exceptional service, delicious food! We got everything we wanted! This is our first time to Costa Rica and we were amazed at the friendliness of the people and the extra mile they will go for you! I can’t say enough thank you to Jaimie (front desk), Esmeralda (our room maid), Adrian and John at the Sura restaurant.... Thank you guys! You made our stay exceptional! Dessie, Chris and little Ivan

120% satisfaction
This is a hotel nested in a large tropical garden, it is so beautiful and relaxing; we hated to leave. The food is exceptional and the price competitive. The chef must be well known in the area, we saw outside guests came to eat by the busload. The hotel staffs are all so nice and attentive, they took care of us good. We’re already planning to come back next year.
Traveller's tip on dining
avoid that big restaurant on the westend of downtown La Fortuna, it is a tourists’ trap.
