Close to all action
This hotel had an excellent location right in the middle of what I would call their heart of the city. There was alot of people offering drugs outside and it was a little too much in the action. The room was nice. Be sure you find out if the breakfast is included in your stay. We were told where breakfast was to be served so we thought it was included..BIG SHOCK! 20 Euros per person for cereal and pastries!!!

Excellent hotel with unbeatable location
The best hotel I’ve stayed in in Amsterdam. Service from the reception staff was excellent and the cleaning staff were extremely friendly. Even though we slept in until 2 pm one day,they still waited patiently to clean the room. Only slight criticism; the room was quite dark and would have benefited greatly from central lighting.
Traveller's tip on local attractions
Don’t bother with Madam Toussaud’s in Dam Square. A complete rip-off at 20 euros per person.
