Not impressed at all
Definitely not a 3 Star by standards of comfort or service. The staff are rude and don’t smile. The food is below satisfactory. The beds are old and uncomfortable. While we were there, others were complaining about their discomfort as well.

Great value hotel with a swimming pool
The Coral Hotel is situated on a medium road only 5-10 minutes walk from the town square. Ground floor is reception, street terrace cafe, inside restaurant, bar with TV. The restaurant is particularly inviting with welcoming lighting and decor. The table d’hote is buffet style eat as much as you like and very well prepared. There is a starter, cold dish, three hot dishes and dessert. There are four floors, each of eight rooms so I imagine about 64 guests plus. Our room was ensuite, clean with french doors ontop a smasll balcony to sit in the sunshine. We had twin beds together to form a double and there was a third bed in the corner. Usual furniture, wardrobes TV etc and bright bathroom. Staff are friendly. The best bit is the open air swimming pool on the sixth floor with terrace and sunloungers.
Traveller's tip on local attractions
5 minutes to shops, restaurants and street fruit and vegetable sellers. Beach is pebble and rock but OK.

Nice enough hotel. Room was ok. Was close to Bugibba square.
