10 MINUETS FROM THE AIRPORT
If you want a hotel to stay in in Bologna that is near the airport My One Hotel is it. This ultra Italian modern hotel is a unique find. Located on the main road near the freeway to the airport, in a fun little neighborhood (I highly suggest walking around. )It is directly across from a McDonalds, don’t be turned off, or one block away from a lovely old Italian restaurant that has a wonderful patio to eat out on. The hotel personnel were very nice and all spoke English. The rooms are a nice size with a very large bathroom and a huge shower. A good size flat screen TV and clothes closet. I stayed there because it was my last day in Bologna and I was leaving at 7am. So I wanted to be close to the airport. It was a very pleasant 24 hours.

Hats off!
In all of our European trip this was the best hotel for the dollar. The staff was super helpful, rooms were beautiful, breakfast was a feast (included in nightly fare), and beyond that, they kept our bags locked up while visiting a museum after checkout and before our next train. I wish My One Hotel has options in more cities throughout Europe! I will stay there again for sure!

The restaurant across the street from My One Hotel, an artists old home, is a wonderful place to bring your wife for a traditional four course Italian meal.
