pleasantly surprised
The hotel room was clean, breakfast good and located aprx a mile from city center. There were many restaurants in the area but the action was in the city center. Subway stop one block away so it was easy to get around.

Needs lots of improvement
We had a reservation for 2 nights for 3 adults and 1 child (18). When we arrived we had one small bed in a tiny, hot room and certainly not enough room for 4. They put two people up in another room. The bed was small and hard and the room was so tiny we could hardly move around. We moved to another hotel the next morning. The cost for one night was twice as much as any other hotel we had on our 3 week tour of Europe. It was absolutely the worst hotel we stayed in during our entire trip. Also, the manager is very rude.

not the perfect location to see the city
If you are over 50 - expect using the tram to visit stephans platz. Buy the viena card. It is good solution
