Good Overall
The building was impressive and very tastefully decorated. However, the hallways were overloaded with a pungeant smell of air freshner and the carpets in the apartment itself were stained. The wooden floor and rug in our lounge were actually quite dirty and whilst I would reccommend the facilities for it’s value for money, I do believe the apartment itself could have been cleaner.
Pre-paln your shopping trip as some stores are open quite late and get very busy in the afternoon. The earlier the better!

Will definately go back there
Excellent appatments. All facilities you would expect from a 5 star appt. plus a lot more, e.g. LARGE plasma screen telly, with internet access, dishwasher, clothes washer/dryer, etc, etc...the list goes on. Comfortable, quiet and great location for GMex and deansgate area. Reception staff very pleasant and always happy to help.

Business Travellers Stay Away!
Google the reviews of this hotel and read the negative ones. They all highlight awful service, a stupid £100 retainer for damages, an awful location, and a room that was not comfortable in any way. It looked good but for a short business stay, I regretted ’upgrading’ to the Blue Rainbow.
1. Ask for a room that has the bedroom on the outside of the building. 2. Avoid rooms 005, 004, 003, and 002 on each floor but especially the first three floors. 3. Take a taxi, don’t walk. 4. Understand the girls at the front desk have no understanding of customer service so have no service expectations.
