To expensive for the type of hotel it is. And my key never worked right.
To Expensive for a Holiday inn. , Key never worked right. No simple food restaurant in hotel. Should of had a free breakfest buffet in mornings. SIck of McDonalds across the street for coffee everyday. Italian restaurant across the street on the corner --awesome..... Hotel had Perfect location....
Santa Monica in general is clean and fun and safe but, they need to give the homeless a building or a fenced in area at night for sleeping --it probably would be safer. And there are a lot of empty buildings I’m sure they could invest in. Not on the street. The Italian restaurant across the street on the corner --awesome!

Good location in Santa Monica
Right near the pier and the 3rd St Promenade. Good hotel for the price and location. Ask for room not facing Colorado Avenue as its right on the bus route and they run all night.
