Hotel with great view of Bosporus.
The three of us had a suite with balcony/deck and wonderful view of Bosporus day and night. It was a treat to see our ship come into port from our deck. The included breakfast had many delicious selections. PS: We were not happy with the Hotel Aristoteles in Athens, however.
Traveller's tip on shopping
Avoid the Grand Bazaar. It is full of tacky tourist junk. The small bazaar near the Blue Mosque has wonderful ceramics and quality rugs.

Ver impressive
Good service, food and accommodation. Only critisism is that we were initially (at a midnight arrival) given a twin bed instead of our our specified King bed. It took two room changes to get it, but we were then upgraded to an Executive Floor.
Traveller's tip on local attractions
Take care to be very specific when booking excursions through the Hotel. We booked for a Bosphorous Cruise and wasted one and a half hours on a trip round the city and a visit to the spice market which we had done on an earlier visit.

Terrific hotel!
We loved the hotel! Beautiful, very large and opulent room, marble bathroom, with balcony overlooking the Bosphorus, delicious gourmet buffet breakfast, gorgeous landscaped hotel grounds with swimming pool, beautiful lobby and outdoor restaurants/bars. We would definitely stay in the Istanbul Hilton again!
