Not a bad option for a quick stay
The Tanoa has good rooms and is in pretty good condition. Unfortunately it’s location is a bit out of the way so there not much within walking distance.

Convenient airport location but dated
The hotel is very near the airport so was a convenient place for us to start and end our trip to Fiji, especially as there are free airport transfers. Few hotels cater for 3 in a room but this was one that did. The main hotel facilities were fine and although a little dated were of a good standard. The only problem my friends and I had with the hotel was the damp, musty smell coming from the corridors and the bedrooms. We paid a reasonable price for the room so all in all it was a good hotel to stay at. When I arrived home there was a postcard from the hotel saying they hoped I had enjoyed my trip, a nice touch I thought. I would give this hotel a 3* rating instead of the 4* it currently has. Other hotels with a 4* rating offered a lot more luxury. Stay here if you want somewhere cheap and convenient.

Make sure you have arranged the free hotel transfer before you arrive. The courtesy bus waits at the hotel not the airport.

Great room for the money
Nice hotel for the price; Nothing to do unless you call a cab to go somewhere. Closer to the airpot. Great hotel for an overnight in-transit stay.
