Not Impressed
The hotel did not honor requests to get more towels or other miscellaneous requests about concerns with the room. Basically the hotel staff ignored us while we were there.

Not exactly what was advertised
I didn’t realize while booking my reservation that this property is part of a time-share. Since it is a time share there was no service for our room, i.e., no one to clean up the room and make the bed and bring clean towels. If I had known that ahead of time, I would not have paid so much. The room was great, it was clean, and the location was perfect. Overall I was expecting more for the price I paid.

Not Impressed
Surprised their was no maid service. Took forever to get check-in. Breakfast did not start until 8:00. Was very disappointed from the last I had stayed there.
