Nice Hotel in the historic part of Veracruz
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The reason we were in Veracruz was because of a sporting event so we just needed a place to sleep. The room was spacious and clean and well serviced. The parking was very well organised and the security was good. The hotel is situated downtown with lots of resturants and entertainment outside and because our room was on the other side of the building, we did not hear a thing.

Just in downtown of Veracruz
Well this hotel must not be a 5 stars one, but it is comfortable and gives you what you need, the best of all is that it is just in the downtown of Veracruz, you just have to cross the front door and you are in the "Portales" where you can enjoy of Veracruzan music, concerts, shows, restaurants, etc...

OK if you want to be right in the center of it all
The hotel was clean, but the day shift wasn’t very polite. The only view I had was of the tops of cranes from the ship yards, not even of the park or church. For the price I was not happy, there was no airconditioner that I could see, just a fan. You had to pay extra for internet service and to make a local call. About the only thing I did like was that it was right in the Zocalo and you could walk to the shops, but I personally will not stay there again.
