MUST check-in in their office hour!
I’ve booked 2 twin rooms in 2 different webs, because each of them can provide 1 room only. But after I arrive, the hotel only provide 1 room for us, and they don’t have 24-hour front desk. We need 4 ppl squeeze in 1 room at the first night!!!! The hotel ’s explanation is they find I use the same name in 2 websites, they cancel 1 room automatically!! And the staff didn’t say ANY sorry for that!!! MUST check-in in their office hour, otherwises, you may get no room!

water dripping from the ceiling and they did nothing....
we checked in at 7pm, there was water dripping from the ceiling, and their solution...."come back at 7AM..." COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.
