Great for an All- Inclusive, would go back.

The service is slow to say the least, but I believe that’s the culture. The buffet was fanatastic, the al a carte dinners, two out of three were very good. The Asian restaurant was not good. Hotel is 45 mins from the airport, costs 50 bucks each way, fyi. Resort is huge with a lot to do. Pool and beaches are awesome. All in all, very, very good for an all inclusive. Went to club "Jungle" and "Alfred’s" I believe- a reggae club. Kinda scary to be honest, both in Negril which was another 45 mins away. Had a cab driver stay with us the whole night. Good experience, but be prepared to be out numbered by locals, and they’ll be hitting you up for everything and trying to sell you almost anything. Again, the resort was great.

We had a nice time

My stay was good, staff was very nice and willing to help. The food was good but not all restaurants were open. The hotel was nice but it needs a lot of renovations.

Luxurious and Delectable

My husband and I loved our honeymoon at the Grand Palladium. When we checked in, we were surprised to learn that we had been selected for an upgrade. Our room was incredibly clean and big, with its own private whirlpool in the bathroom and a private balcony that overlooked the ocean. We were fortunate enough to have gotten the room that they picture on all of the postcards of the resort. It was perfect, except for the broken door handle and flooded closet, but none of that mattered because the food, beaches, pools, spas, bars and services were all wonderful and made up for any minor inconveniences. Absolutely wonderful honeymoon experience. We were able to totally relax and enjoyed every minute of our stay!
