Pleasant but not 4*
The hotel is fine & the service is cetainly attentive. In the restaurant I was constantly approached by staff asking if everything was ok - it was. In the end i had to tell them that unless i said otherwise everything was good. This seemed to do the trick. My only gripe was that the menu in the restaurant, whilst extensive was a bit safe. The rooms were comfortable with plenty of space & very clean.
Traveller's tip on local attractions
One of the main reasons for for picking this hotel was it’s proximity to the much hyped Saturday Market. I found out on the Saturday afternoon that this had been discontiued 2 weeks earlier.

not 4* but not bad
On arrival this hotel looks very nice, but after a day or two the cracks show. The rooms are nice but the cleaning staff do not do them justice, our room was swept but not vaccumed, nothing was ever straightended, the glass in the shower was not polished. Breakfast was satisfactory, had it been better displayed it would have been more appetising. The omlett station and staff in gerneral lost the plot - forgetting orders and getting under foot. Hotel shuttle to Baga beach was a god send as this hotel is in a tiny village with no attractionsother than the saturday night market.

A very good 3* hotel but not 4 or 5*. General cleanliness let it down as did show aspects of service.

Overall very good
The Hotel was very good, it was in a really good position to see the North of Goa, and its right opposite the saturday night market which was brilliant. Would definitely recommend this hotel, it was an amazing holiday.
