Live where I want!
The Pool and Thunderbird Lounge are nice, but they need room serivce again. Management makes up for alot that is missing and most will have a good time.

Incredibly nice staff, horrible room
The staff was very kind and even let us check in early as we arrived earlier than expected. The problem was there was no attention to detail. The sheets were filthy when we arrived. The blanket had cigarette burns in it. The toilet had clearly not been cleaned. The room itself is rather uninviting, with block walls painted a gloomy maroon color. The television- good luck seeing it from the bed. Don’t count on cable, either. Most channels came in very fuzzy, if at all. Again, staff was very kind, but there was absolutely no maid service between or during stays.

Home of the World Famous Thunderbird Lounge
Nice place to stay, but has some work to do. needs room service again and another face lift to draw people in again.
