nasty and foul smellying cramped bathroom, shower head is over the toilet!
this hotel is really gross, the room is very old and disgusting. i am surprise they do not give it a make over. The bathroom by far is the worst thing ever, you have to wear slippers to walk in there, it is so gross. the bathroom is so small, the shower head is above the toilet, and there is no barrier between anything. so the entire room is flooded, bc the drainage is not so good either. no wonder there is a foul stench in there. if u want to shower in the toilet than stay here for your holiday!

i would definitely recommend staying at the best western hotel instead, it is right down teh streeet in front of the hard rock cafe. it looks amazingly clean and new. same location practically.

This hotel is a small 30 rooms hotel very close to St Marks Square. Hotel room is very small. may be 10 X 10. bath room size is may be 4 X 4. so, don’t stay here if you want to relax in the room, it is just a place for your to sleep. staff is very friendly. hotel is neat IT is very difficult to find this hotel, you’ve to walk to any hotel in venice. So, if you book a room at this hotel or any hotel. call the hotel and write down directions to get to it. you can not go by the street address.

perfect location, great air conditioning, unfortunately the cleaning lady missed a thong that was left hanging on the bathroom door yuck!our room was tiny but who cares i suppose when ur that close to st marcs square
