Sales & Marketing
Only clean rooms every other day. Dont tell you that up front. Had to call for coffee. They sent up decaf for a 4 cup machine. I had a 1 cup machine. Tried the packets but nothing worked. Wound up getting spill all over the business cards & name tag on the desk. I called for the proper packets. They had no one available & suggested that I go to the breakfast buffet & buy coffee there. I want my coffee BEFORE I shower & head out to face the world. The food service sucked. Small menu & short staffed. Dining room was only open on Fri & Sat. Everything else was in the bar. No room service. On Thurs evening they had only 2 people working the bar. Long waits. Light dinner took two hours. Hotel serves as a dorm for a local University so they have all the problems that dorms experience. 2 students went though the lobby carrying 4 cases of beer up to their room. Ill give them (the students) credit... they know how to party. The guest computers, public areas & pool were almost always filled with students. The "exercise" room was about the only place where the students didnt go..only 2 pieces of old, broken down equipment. Good rates but not worth the trade offs . Next time Ill pay more & save the aggravation.

Was good.
The hotel was a little difficult to find as most streets are one way which is tough when you are unfamiliar with the city. Once we found it, however, everything was OK except for some strange reason we didnt get a refill for our room coffee and when I requested more coffee I was told it would be sent up but if it was we never received it. Yes - we would use them again if we get that way in the future.

Great price for a nice stay
Perfect location of you are attending the TBPAC for anything. Six of us traveled down to see Rob Bell. We got two rooms. There was plenty of room for us for the night. The bar service was slow late that night. But overall we were all very happy with our choice.
