High Pressure
There weren’t many others at the hotel, yet we used the pool and everyday there was the same nasty ciggerette butts on the ground right near the pool. You’d think with a hotel not busy they’d clean that up. The second part that we didn’t like was the high pressure sales every time we went for breakfast in the lobby. As soon as you walk through the door they start. Even after telling them we were not interested in the timeshares or disney, they wouldn’t stop at no. Even while eating they would come to the table, that’s just rude to interupt people when they are eating. The room was nice and clean so if they kept the outside clean as well as not bothering people at meal time I’d consider going back.

I apologize that your experience at our hotel was less than 100% to your satisfaction. We take a great deal of pride I our pool and recreational facilities, and regret that you found them less than ideal for your enjoyment. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Also, we appreciate your recognition of the positive work of our housekeeping department. I appreciate your comments of the vacation ownership program operated by a third party not affiliated with the hotel. While this group’s presence in our lobby does add to our guests experience by offering the sale of Disney tickets, information and tickets on other attractions, and even complimentary tickets for viewing their facilities, they by no means are permitted to be anything less than courteous with our guests. I apologize on their behalf, and will report your experience to their management. Again, thank you for the comments that you have shared with us and fellow guests. Good Stay for an affordable price - next door to Disney Parks
This is a good place to stay for an affordable price. Room was clean, and staff was friendly. Only took a couple minutes to get to the Disney Parks, and Hotel is located very close to Restaurant Row. Will definately stay here again...
