Proceed with caution
On arrival my wife and I were shown to a tiny room in the attic with a sofa-bed! When I protested I was told that I had booked a ’studio room’. Well, actually it was called ’executive studio’ online, and it looked nothing like an apartment-hotel room. After I’d made a fuss, we were shown to another apartment, with proper bedroom and a separate sitting room. So in the end we were more than satisfied, because this was clearly an ’upgrade’. Before you go, try to find out whether you have a proper bed and a couple of armchairs in the room, which is the least I would expect in an ’apart-hotel’.

I was glad of someone else’s tip that THERE IS NO HOTEL SIGN OUTSIDE. Unless you take the actual address (road AND number) you won’t find it!

Great place to stay in London
Only a couple of hundred meters from nearest tube. And the rooms have lots of space (which is rare in London). Overall a very nice place to stay... however, its difficult to locate. Don’t go looking for a sign which says So Sienna, because there is none :) I stayed in London for business, but its certainly a place i can recommend for families aswell.
