Quality met the low price
The location is very convenient to outlet shopping and fast food. If you’re going to downtown St. Augustine, not so much. The beds were fairly comfortable and rooms clean. The overall facility left room for improvement though. The common areas, including the hallways, were stuffy and stale. Possibly a cost-savings to turn off the AC? There were cosmetic improvements needed also, including drywall, painting and lighting.

Great location
This hotel was situated among a row of hotels, but nothing too close. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable. It was nice to be near the highway- so easy to find. We didn’t have to have the hustle and bustle of the St. Augustine proper, or have to pay the higher price of some of those that were in the old town district. I would definitely stay there again.

very clean and modern
The hotel room and common areas were very clean and comfortable. The whole hotel is very modern with flat screen tv’s, clean bathrooms. Mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. I will go back without a doubt. The hot breakfast was good, nothing fancy, but better than most hotels (hot waffles, coffee, juice, pastries)
