New, clean hotel
A family of four comfortably stayed in the double queen room. The indoor pool was small, but very nice....perfect for the children to play in after a long day.

Wonderful hotel
The hotel was modern, well designed, and very welcoming. We were only there for one night but it would have been a nice place to stay if we had been in town longer. The lobby was unusually large, complete with a fireplace, large television, and a computer work area. It was a very cozy gathering place. There was a beautiful outdoor fire pit in the courtyard that was also a comfortable place to relax. The rooms were quiet and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the lighting in the room was superior. Breakfast was not included but there was a very nice "starbucks style" food area in the lobby that provided all that we needed. We would definitely stay there again.

loved my stay
After staying at the Courtyard by Marriot at Fort Smith AR, I knew exactly what to expect from this hotel. Because of my previous night’s stay at a Courtyard, I specifically looked for another Courtyard by Marriot. I was not disappointed.
