A little better than average
The hotel has a cozy, well decorated pool area with a tropical theme. Two types of suna and a a hot tub and a cold tub. My kids were disappointed that they could only stay around the pool area because they were under 16. The pool area didn’t have enough towels. When they asked for one, the staff said they did’t have any. Their service should be improved. The front desk staff can be more helpful. The bathroom is very small. We like the location because it’s a straight shot of 3 easy miles from old Quebec city. I wish the hotel felt more comfortable.

Great room for the money.
The service was nice. The first room I got was a little smelly. But the employee at the front desk was nice to give me another one which was very nice. The disadvantage for me is that it is a little far from the old city which I wanted to see.
