Better than average
New hotel, very clean. Pleasant personnel usually available. Realistic concept about obtaining clean linen/towels, not the usual b s about saving water,etc. However--!! very noisy. Upstairs residents must have been playing basketball all night--dogs barking !!! Could hear next door neighbor urinating ! Yuck !

Great room for the money
A large group of teenage soccer players were staying at the hotel and on the same floor as I. I did not hear a sound all night. I had expressed concern to the hotel manager about the noise in the lobby and he said we can’t turn them away let us know if you have trouble during the night. I did not and slept soundly.
