Needs Improvement
I have stayed at the Marlborough several times in the past and have been quite satisfied. This is the first time I have noted that it is simply old and ragged. It would appear that they are not keeping up with standard maintenance or renewal.

Needs Improvement
The room is fine for the price. You can be wakened up though in the middle of the night by noise coming from other rooms. I liked included breakfast with good choice of 5 to 6 dishes plus continental. The bathroom is a little small with a single vanity with tiny place to put your travel accessories.

There are two main concerns with this hotel. It is worn down and in a bad location. rooms are ok, but nothing to write home about
