The best hotel I have ever stayed at.
This is by far the best hotel I have ever stayed at! The service was incredible and the hotel and gardens were immaculate. I have been to many luxury hotels including mariot, hilton, and sheraton, and none compare to the quality of service that I received here. I would recommend this hotel in an instant.
Traveller's tip on recreational activities
Tokyo is a jumping city with so much to see and do. I would recommend Ueno zoo for families and the Akihabara for any electronics nut.

Very good sized rooms, excellent toiletries!
I would recommend this hotel to anyone going to tokyo for a couple of days, it is a nice hotel tucked in a corner, 5mins walk from SHinagawa Station which is a major station on the JR line. All rooms are good size, the toiletries they provide in the room are really nice and the cleanliness of the rooms is superb. As usual, service in Japan surpass my expectations.
