Exactly what we needed
Loved everything about the hotel: room, location, service. The maid service was a little bit different than we expected: the room has a kitchen and we did not have anything to wash the dishes with (nothing was provided by the hotel). So, we assumed that the maid will do it. But for 9 days of our stay the dished were not washed at all. Not a big deal. The entertainment programs were all for kids under 10, so our 14-year old was somewhat disappointed. But again, there are things to do in Alcudia outside of the hotel. We just figured out that we should not count on the hotel’s services in entertainment field and went to explore other places. Overal - great vacation. Would go back for sure.

Horrible Place
We booked this hotel for 12 days, we arrived at 1am in the morning and were disgusted at the "state" of this hotel, the sheets and bedspreads were dirty, the bath had mould around it, toilet seat was all chipped, we got up the next morning after sleeping on our towels and luckily found another hotel. The pool is overlooked by a tatoo parlour! And the noise outside at night awful. Bad experience!We had paid for it in full but Expedia issued a refund after 1 phonecall.
