A great place to stay
It was next to the Waterfront Hall where I was attending an event and the staff treated me kindly and respectfully. I would definitely stay there again.

Ideal Location for Wedding Anniversary
The hotel was in the perfect location for city sightseeing, shopping and nights out. Gorgeous breakfast every morning, plenty of hot and cold food to choose. When we checked-in, we mentioned we were celebrating our first wedding anniversary and were given a lovely newly refurbished bedroom. However, we didn’t sleep very well on the first night due to noise from the bedroom next door. We were quickly moved to an even better room, a junior suite, with no hassle or extra charge. Very impressed with the staff’s friendliness and willingness to please.

Great hotel - expensive carpark but cheap parking nearby
We had a great stay - the staff were wonderful, the room was great and the location was perfect. Our only issues were that there was a door connecting us to the room next to ours through which we could hear everything and also that the Hilton has no free parking. Parking costs £18 a night but we found a cheaper option for £3 on Dalton Street - a five minute walk.
