Hidden Gem
My husband and I stayed here on what was our first trip to Croatia. The city was wonderful and the hotel was ideally located to see all the sights. The rooms were clean and well equipped. The staff were very polite and helpful, especially the lovely young lady. The only negative was the crazy guy in the kitchen, we missed breakfast some days to avoid him. Great hotel, perfect location - but get rid of the crazy guy!!!

Good location, good service, good breakfast
We spent 3 days in the hotel. We were close to the beach, the room was always clean and the breakfast was also good. The A/C could be a little colder, but still, the room was very confortable and clean. I would go back there!

Perfect for the price
After staying at some very disappointing places throughout Croatia, we were happily surprised with this one. It is exactly as advertised. Our room was very clean, and came equipped with a kitchenette (small sink, stove, & some cups/dishes). There was even a mini-bar, with very reasonable prices! (We paid the same for wine as we would have had we gone out.) I think all of the rooms have a terrace, or access to one at any rate. The terraces, again, are very clean and very nice, but the view is not much of anything-just a courtyard created from the surrounding homes, and the hotel was definitely the nicest kept of the buildings. The street it is on looks a tad shady, but we never felt unsafe. There were several cheaper places to eat very near to the hotel, and the old town and harbor and less than one city block’s walk. Our room had air conditioning, but it wasn’t needed as the night cooled off and we had no safety concerns about keeping the windows open while we slept. The hot water ran out faster than we are used to, so that is something to bear in mind- but with some advance-planning and shower-staggering it was no big deal. The staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel is simple, but really, for the price I don’t think we could have asked for more. I highly recommend it!
