I would go back again, great pool and lovely location
The hotel location is very beautiful, the sourrandings are lovely , the beach is very close and the pool was great.The location of the hotel suited us , but is not for people who are looking night life as the hotel is 4km from centre of Lovina where the all shopes , activities and bars are. The brekfast is nice but quite boring , as every day we got thesame kind of fruits and fruits juices. The service at the breakfast is not great I must say,. On several ocassion we had to wait for the clean glasses , fruits and other foods being top up . It took staff very long time to do things when asked, 10 minutes to bring the clean glasses so we can have a juice. For that kind of hotel this is unacceptable.

The restaurant in the hotel is not great and pricely, the are 3 restaurants very close by .One colled 1000 dreams with the beach front, serves balinease foods .Outside of the hotel there is a warung that is the best restaurant out of the three, serves great selection of good value foods and very nice drinks .

Too far, too long
North Bali is somehow far from airport - about 4 hours diving. It is recommended to book the drive with the hotel in advance - airport cabs will charge double. Winter season is not the best for this side of the island - high sea with strong currents will not allow too many nautic adventures. Hotel is not offering a real beach but you can wet your feets. Restaurant is rather poor and not very cheap. Neighborhood is not very encouraging for walking - village street fool of motors and no walkways might be dangerous. Not so many close destinations. People atitude might invite the women to dress more sober avoiding to be the center of local men attention. Popular places are far - 2 - 4 hours driving A long stay cannot be recommended - maximum 4 days
Traveller's tip on nightlife
Do not expect to have a night life. For young or active people it might look boring. Is not a place to bring teenagers. Anyway the average age for tourists comming in North Bali is over 50
