Kind of generic
The room was small, but clean and there were feather pillows and doonas. The bathroom appeared half-renovated but, again,very clean (except for the extractor fan). Generic bathroom products. The general feel of the hotel was that it was a bit tired. Not really what I would expect from over four stars, but reasonable. The staff were pleasant and accommodating.
The tram that takes you directly to the city is only one street away.

Great location
perfect location for seeing all the sights, also free parking was a bonus,, every employee at the hotel was friendly and extremely helpful, I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to others..

Free car parking, good breakfast and friendly staff
We stayed for eight nights in April. Good value for money if you get a package which includes breakfast and if you need a car because they have a large underground car park where you can park for free. The bedroom was good but I wish that I had asked for a park view. Our room overlooked the back of offices. The gym/spa/pool are a complete joke but that didn’t bother us because we had no intention of using them. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. Only a two minute walk from the tram into town. If we hadn’t needed the car we would have stayed at the Travelodge which is in the perfect position. We were very happy with our choice.
