Old rooms, poor restaurant service, key to rooms fail all the time
When we walk into the cafe for a late dinner nobody pay any attention to us for 10 minutes, after approaching somebody and taking a table (not clean) we sat for 7 minutes until somebody came to clean up, then the menu was brought and another 5 minutes went by until a waiter took our order. In the meantime people was walking in , waiting and then walking out. Our key to the room failed to open the door numerous times, very unconfortable whe you really want to go in fast. It is a really old hotel that needs upgrades.
