Great Service, location and clean rooms.

Would love to stay here again, rooms are very clean. Restuarants are very close and great views from the room.

Nightlife and close proximity to train/subway

In Tokyo terms, this hotel is good value for the money. Not inexpensive, but nothing in Tokyo is and you could pay a lot more for a worse room in a less convenient location. The room was excellent and the views were outstanding (the hotel lobby is on the 20th floor). Shinjuku is one of the sleepless areas, so if you’re looking for nightlife, big-city lights and want to be close to a train station for travel to the other parts of Tokyo - you’ll be happy here.

Large room for Japan. Three beds were in the room as requested.

Helped make our stay in Tokyo wonderful!

Traveller's tip on dining

Don’t eat at the sushi place on the 14th floor across from hotel. Too expensive and not good.
