Excellent Location
The best features if the Sofitel were the grounds and the location of the hotel. The grounds were immaculately maintained, including the pool and the 5 private beaches with wonderful snorkelling directly from the beach. The hotel is located at the end of the promenade ensuring greater peace quietness and relaxation. The rooms were quite old but extremely clean. I would certainly recommend this hotel to others wanting a break away from it all with excellent service.

Fantastic views, great location
The Sofitel is located on a hill at the end of Naama Bay, so it has spectacular views of the bay and is within walking distance (15-25 min) of the main restaurants, shopping areas, etc. Each room has an unspoiled view of the water, and overall the hotel is very quiet and peaceful. There’s a nice pool and several restaurants, all of which also have beautiful views of the water and town. The Sofitel is at the end of the footpath connecting all of the hotels and restaurants along the water, so while it’s easy to get to the town, it’s not as noisy as the hotels in the center of things. For the money, I think it’s one of the best hotels in the area.
