Price alright but a strange place
You feel you have arrived at a very nice youth hostel. People friendly, rooms clean. Hotel owned by a priest, has all sorts of religious facilities (and services on weekends). It feels a little spooky and as if you were at some kind of church weekend get-away. I’ll find a different place next time.

NOT IMPRESSED!!
We requested a room on the top floor which should have been on the 9th but we were given one on the 8th floor with a group of noisy guests. After we complained, we had to move out of the room and was then given a room on the 9th floor!! There was no compensation at all not an offer of a meal for the inconvenience. We could not hold back on payment or leave the hotel as we had already paid in advance. We will certainly not do that in the future, so basically we will not book any hotel that we have to pay in advance. The breakfast was very basic almost like we had none at all. Example I do not eat cereals so I was left with a biscuit and a piece of cake!! we were left feeling hungry.
Traveller's tip
The hotel is in a quiet area and you need a car to get around. If there should be a noisy group, then rest assured that you will not be able to sleep as guests do not have much to do. We suffered as we had phone calls in the room at 01.00hrs, knocking on our door etc Shame as we would have loved to go back even though the breakfast is nothing to write home about!!

Traveller's tip on getting the most out of your stay
I would recommend visiting the east side of the island, it seems to have more to do, toramina is nice but limited, after one day you’ve pretty much done most things.
