Sub-par rooms but good service
The price was the only postive thing about this hotel. Needs updating and some serious attention to cleanliness. We didn’t even take advantage of the free "breakfast". On the plus side, I travel with a battery operated tooth brush and the batteries had died. The front desk person was kind enough to provide some.

Nice, friendly and well kept!
Very nice attentive people. Breakfast was very good with nice food, setting and service. We were extremely pleased with their reception and treatment of out dog and "Sophie" really appreciated not being left in a kennel again. Location was perfect for us. Close to restaurants and shopping. Beautiful fall foliage on our drive south of Ft. Smith.

HALLELUJAH! Budget friendly, clean, convenient!
Small problem with original room; immediately upgraded to another room with apologies. Friendly staff, celiac-friendly breakfast bar, microwave/refrigerator in room for safe eating otherwise. Outback Steakhouse with GF menu right across the street. Great place to stay; we’lll book there again.
Traveller's tip on dining
Outback is right by the hotel for safe GF dining; Chili’s there, too - if you trust them. I ate breakfast at the buffet two mornings with NO negative results.
