Beautiful setting
The only reason for a less than 5 total experience is the inability to have an evening cup of coffee in-room as no coffee pots are allowed in guest rooms. Coffee can be obtained from the dining room for $4.50/cup. Morning coffee is provided in the lobby.

Very comfortable.
One of the desk clerks was difficult. At first, she refused to believe I had a billing problem. "Impossible" was her reply. After several attempts, she finally understood and agreed to solve the problem.

Not Impressed
There are many reasons we were not impressed - No Views as they claimed to have - The self-parking was deplorable and the amenities were practically non-existent.
