Best bed and pillows
very comfortable bed and pillows. thick curtains on the window. slept really good every night. hotel staff were very friendly and courteous. everything was excellent except one thing... no concierge service. asked for a phone number to a beauty salon in the area but was told they couldn’t give me the number other than their own hair salon in the hotel. asked for a near-by restaurant’s number but same thing. maybe it’s just me but expected a lot more concierge service from ritz... some hotels i stayed in the past even made the dinner reservations for me.
