Not for vacationers
We have stayed here 6 times as we travel to MD Anderson every 8 weeks. It is inexpensive to keep cost down since we are here for medical reasons. Out of 6 stays, we had to change rooms 3 times due to problems with the assigned room. Musty smell from water leak, microwave didn’t work, TV did not work, tub did not drain. Breakfast was acceptable for a continental breakfast. Although they did change our room to a more acceptable room with no problems. Would not recommend for vacationers. If you don’t expect alot and just need an inexpensive place to sleep for a night or two, it’s OK.

Not impressed
Asked for ground floor,(because of wheelchair-bound teen), got 2nd floor, thru zig-zag passage,as far away from the elevator as possible. Ice machine out of order. 1 small bar of soap for 4 people? Breakfast selection wasn’t bad. Personnel were nice.

Okay Visit
Hotel was okay. For the price it was what I expected.Some of the employees did not speak english so it was hard to communicate at times.
Traveller's tip on local attractions
HardRock Cafe and the Downtown Aquarium were awesome. Houston is never boring.
