Decent Value for the money for NYC
Had a room NOT on Lexington Ave and I slept better all three nights than I do in my own bed at home - and that’s with knowing there was a fire station within a couple of blocks! Amazing!

Not bad, great location
One of the receptionist had a little bit of an attitute, but overall, costumer service was good. We had no fridge in the mini-bar. When you opened the door of the cabinet,there was nothing in there, just an empty space. Funny how they still had the sign saying that if you hold the door opened for like more than 20 seconds, even if you don’t take anything, you will be charged and there was nothing inside. The least they could do was remove that paper and leave a note apologyzing for the inconvenience. That didn’t affect me personally, but some people might be interested in actually having a mini-bar. The tub was backed up a little bit, the water wouldn’t drain as fast as it should have, but I didn’t think much of it until the maintenance guy came later to say they were having a problems in another room and they needed to flush the tub or something. So they did it and some stuff came out. The good thing was that they sent the maid right away and she cleaned it up and gave us fresh towel. We didn’t have any more problems after that. Hotel is at a great location, you can actually walk to Times Square and there are subway stations right in the corner, across the street and just one block away.
