"Never Again!!!!!"
The staff was rude and unaccomadating. The hallways were filled with dirty dishes at all times of the day. The carpets were never vacuum. The wait at the bar is over 30 minutes and no one was there. The Pool was broken and they lied about the jacuzzi. I made a complaint and I have yet to get a responce - Over two weeks ago. The list goes on and on and on..........

Has everything you need...
This hotel was a great choice! It has a shuttle that arrives at the airport every 20 min to transport you to and from the hotel, which was great. Also, the concierge told me that if I wanted to go downtown, I could shuttle back to the airport and take the underground system to downtown for a few dollars. Although it wasn’t an exciting area, the hotel is situated to where it feels very cozy and secure. Everything was clean and perfect. Free computer/internet usage downstairs and free wifi in the lobby. The only thing I didn’t like was that breakfast options were outrageously expensive, but because you can get downtown so easily, I hardly felt the need to spend money at the hotel!

A good port in a storm
Expedia booked this hotel for me at a very good rate when my trip to Baton Rouge fell apart due to weather delays in Atlanta. The hotel is very convenient to the airport and has a regular shuttle around the clock. The amenities were lovely and the service great. My only difficulty was that I booked a non-smoking room with a king size bed, and was only offered a room with double beds that had obviously housed a smoker. The bed was extremely comfortable and the room had a small refrigerator. They have computers available to print out boarding passes or check email. I would stay there again.
If you need to catch a hotel shuttle from the Atlanta airport, be sure to ask for the Blue side. Then cross the road and walk around the construction to the far side and you will see all the hotel vans. I walked out the red side where signs indicated ground transportation, and waited over half an hour before finding out that the hotel vans don’t stop on that side.
