Grounds and building very impressive, meals very pricey and not so good
The main drawback of this hotel was the price and quality of the evening meal and this was in the lower priced Grill. Also bar drinks were very expensive.

lots of small annoyances
car park long way from hotel,then long walk to rooms. Fab buliding but reception and breakfast area housed in parts that looked like they could be in any modern hotel. asked for all wedding guests to be sat together for breakfast ,whilst this was done receptionist responded as though it was rather a lot to ask! not impressed for the level of hotel.

Ok, but not great
booked a nights stay at hotel to relax and unwind. Facilities at the hotel are good. Only disapointment was we were put in a smoking room when we had asked for a non smoking room. Hotel was full so they could not move us.
