Novotel, Busan
A very nice hotel on the beach. Overall, an excellent choice. The only problem was the quality of the TV and lack of access to American news and sports programs. Neither the World Series nor NFL was available either live or on delay...and because of the time zone difference, there was ample time in the morning to catch up with news and sports. Same with newspapers. New York Times or Wall Street Journal not available at the hotel or anywhere else I could find in Busan.

Great location, great value
I was very happy to get a room with a view of Haeundae beach, and happy to discover that this hotel was directly at the beach. Next to the hotel is a lively restaurant and bar area. It was not overly expensive in October and the room was great. Also, there is a nice hot spring spa in the hotel. One warning is that hotel services, like Internet, are not cheap.

No pool
There is pool but inside, there is no to take sun and take some drink. However, overrall the hotel is nice.
