Easy walk to University and waterfront.
Very nice hotel at a good price. Our only issue is that we had some difficulty regulating room temperature: heat was either full on or full off.

okay for level of hotel
on reservation let them know I was coming in early off of a long international flight. Not only did they not arrange to have a room ready, it took more than 2 hours to get a room after I arrived. A business hotel should be more flexible to international flights.

Lovely hotel the staff brought our bags up to our rooms very clean room comfy bed lovely bathroom great restaurant and not overpriced It was such luxury
