Good Hotel, Do not count on promissed options.
Hotel was for a quick between overnight between flights. They advertized free Airport transportation service. I even called the 800 number to confirm and they did. At the airport no service available. Called hotel and they said they could send a car for 300 RMB and it would tale 45-60 minutes. The cab costs 45 RMB. At the hotel the manager on duty said they never provided this service. Called the 800 number and they said thery should. Needless to say I paid for a cab Both ways. Could have stayed at a better hotel if I had know. Restaurants at the east Century were horrible. The upscale Chinese had customers but no one to see at PM for a table. We walded to the West tower where the lobby restaurant was satisfactory. Hotel room was typical Holiday Inn with a minor upside for decor. Look elswhere if looking for a good hotel.

great place, very impressed
great hotel everyone was very nice and did their best to answer every question i had, a bit far from the main city but getting back (by taxi) is only around 20rmb so not too bad
