Not the best but not the worst either
Expected the hotel with the name "Sheraton on the Falls" to have spectatular views...of the Falls not of the city! Was very disappointed with the lack of view. Expected an upgraded hotel...not so. Parking was all but non-existant and not at all convenient.

I highly recommend the Sheraton on the Falls
I can’t say enough about how much I liked the Sheraton on the Falls. I would highly recommend staying there. The hotel was beautiful and the employees were very friendly and helpful. But, the most important thing to me about staying in a hotel is having a clean room and our room was very, very clean....I had no complaints at all. Our room had a wonderful view of the falls, plus there was a door that opened so you could also hear the falls. It was a very special trip for us and the Sheraton on the Falls hotel was a big part of our great experience in Niagara Falls.
Most things were within walking distance. Alot of reviews said you didn’t need a car while there so we took a shuttle from Buffalo airport. We probably could’ve rented a car for the same price as the shuttle and we would’ve had the option of taking a ride to some of the further attractions such as the Butterfly Conservatory. We took the people mover bus on one of the days we were there. It goes to all the attractions, but there is a lot of waiting at bus stops which wasted alot of time. And of course, on a bus you can’t stop to take pictures if you see something interesting on the way. I think I would recommend renting a car instead of taking a shuttle from the airport.
