Great location. Great front desk.
Can’t beat the location if traveling via train. The front desk person was awesome! Would return. More spacious then expected.

Very convenient
Europa is very convenient if you need a room overnight while in transit to/from the airport or train in Genova. It is less than a 5 minute walk from the train station where you also get the Volabus for the airport. The neighborhood is a bit dirty and un-welcoming, but Genova is a pretty crummy city from what I’ve seen in several trip transits through. The restaurant next door, Lupo, is quite good and very reasonable. Have a pesto dish!

Fine but some problems
Supposedly this hotel has air conditioning but ours never turned on. Instead we had the window open but it was so loud outside that it was hard to sleep. The bathroom was tiny, you could barely fit in it. The walk to the city center was easy and it was close to the train, but I would suggest somewhere else.
